Here’s Beasley sitting in front of our hosts, Paul & Josie’s townhouse in Hackney, London. I put in a picture of Roarke and Beas in the kitchen and a pic of the back garden where Sid, the tortoise lives. Paul told us Sid is at least 80 years old, because he was living at a house that Josie’s mom bought and those owners said he had been there 40 years, and it has been another 40 years since then! Also, here are some pics of Beasley meeting Sid. We kept trying to point him out to Beas and Beas kept missing him. I know he smelled him all over the yard, but couldn’t figure out what he was, then he saw Sid move and the look on his face was priceless. He kept kind of looking around at us like, “You guys know this rock is moving, right?!? And, this isn’t bothering anyone else?!?”

We really liked our stay with Paul & Josie in Hackney. We had a short bus ride into the center of London and all around Hackney were great places to eat and awesome pubs where we could bring Beasley inside. There were parks everywhere too, and Beasley had a blast running around them all. One of my favorite things to do was walk through the park and get something to eat nearby. We can let Beasley off the leash in all the parks, so it’s really great!

I also included some pics of the river boats at Reagents Canal in Hackney. They are really cool, one is even a floating bookstore. Also, I had to include some of the funny signs around town. I love these!
